Gallatin Water Plant

• Served as Project Manager for the TBMNC Fire House Project during the construction and project handover phases. A 10,000 sqft civic building for the Toyota fire and safety team with a budget of ~$15M and a construction schedule of ~12 months.

• Contributed to facility layout planning and high-level budgeting for the TBMNC Quality Lab and Storage Warehouse projects, evaluating project criteria and developing preliminary scope and cost considerations.
• Coordinated engineering and construction activities with the project's dedicated safety team to identify and address site-specific safety concerns.
